I have over 20 years of experience in strategic planning, sales management, human resources, budgeting and financial reporting. While Ive had an expansive career with big Corporations, I also have background in small business. I was co-owner of a home healthcare business and understand what it takes to run a start up. I can be most useful to the small business owners with business plan, hiring, marketing and other areas. I have a proven record of delivering results in a past-paced environment and directing teams to accomplish key business objectives. Ive been in the technology sector most of my career, with focus in the professional consulting/training organization. In addition, I have industry experience in Retail (worked for Guess Jeans and Toys R Us) and in Home Healthcare.
